Ayah of the Day
And (remember) when you met (the army of the disbelievers on the Day of the battle of Badr), He showed them to you as few in your eyes and He made you appear as few in their eyes, so that Allâh might accomplish a matter already ordained (in His Knowledge), and to Allâh return all matters (for decision). [Al-Anfal 8 : 44]

Hadith of the Day
Narrated (Abu Huraira): Allah’s Messenger said, “Do not feel envy against one another, do not outbid one another (with a view to raising the price), do not bear aversion against one another, do not bear enmity against one another, one of you should not enter into a transaction when the other has already entered into it; and be fellow brothers and slaves of Allah. A Muslim is a Muslim’s brother. He does not wrong, desert, or despise him. Piety is found here – (pointing three times to his chest) – despising his Muslim brother is enough evil for any man to do. Every Muslim’s blood, property and honour are unlawful to be violated by another Muslim.” (Muslim reported it)
