Ayah of the Day

|
Verily, those who put into trial the believing men and believing women (by torturing them and burning them), and then do not turn in repentance, (to Allâh), will have the torment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the burning Fire. [Al-Buruj 85 : 10]

Narrated Ibn Mas’ud: I asked Allah’s Messenger “Which sin is most serious?” He said, “To attribute a partner to Allah, though He Alone has created you.” I asked, “What next?” He replied, “To kill your child, fearing that it will share with you your food.” I asked, “What next?” He said, “to commit adultery with your neighbour’s wife.” (Agreed upon)
